Premium Stress-Reduction Coaching Packages
All premium stress reduction coaching packages begin with a comprehensive deep-dive into your current circumstances in an initial 2-hour consultation/appointment and includes a bodywork baseline session. A comprehensive written analysis will be provided at a second meeting when a program will be devised that best suits you requirements. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for initial consultations and analysis which is applied towards your chosen package price.
Relaxation Plus Wellness Training and Support (6 months)
Regular relaxation with some education and analysis to help you, not only to keep stress in check but to actively work towards reducing it on a regular basis starting to reverse the negative effects of a stressful existence.

Black Diamond – Expert Relaxation and Wellness Plan Coaching (12 Months)
Are you ready to start to address stress at its core? We will delve into your habitual responses and activities, seeking the reasons behind your stress response, create new patterns for responding to stress as it happens and develop new strategies that work for you in your life to enhance your relationships, your work, your every day life and your health allowing you to begin to enjoy your life again.
